3.0Location was good.
− I got the last room, have to go up the stairs (4 levels I think?) with 2 suitcases and a child. No lift. Then the toilet was broken. Clogged from the person before and water coming out, and I saw all sorts.

8.0The hotel is situated very near Earls Court underground station and in a very pleasant area. The entrance hall looks warm and welcoming, lovely decor. The lovely lady at reception was friendly and helpful. I had a very nice single room with a lovely modern ensuite. It was really nice to have a kettle with tea making facilities. There was Wi- fi and TV too. Lovely shower with hot water and two fluffy white towels. Excellent value especially in London, it had everything that I needed. I will definitely stay again when I next visit London.
− The only small thing for me was the room was just too over warm for me so I turned the radiator off. I turned it back on before checking out.
