J’avais beaucoup hésité avant de réserver cet hôtel. Malgré les qualités du personnel et de l’emplacement, je pense que
7.0Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur gentillesse et le fait qu’ils aient accepté de garder nos bagages pendant notre excursion au Machu Picchu, ce qui nous a beaucoup facilité le séjour. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre, avec plusieurs petits restaurants simples et très abordables dans la rue, ainsi que des services de laverie juste à côté.
− les chambres sont assez sommairement équipées et mal isolées, même si cela semble assez courant dans cette gamme de prix. Nous n’avions pas de chauffage dans notre chambre et il a fait assez froid pendant la nuit. Comme nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit, nous ne l’avons pas signalé, mais pour un séjour plus long nous l’aurions fait. Le plus gros point faible reste le petit-déjeuner, qui était clairement en dessous de ce que nous avons eu dans les autres hôtels de notre voyage. C’est dommage, car c’est vraiment le point noir de l’établissement. À noter également qu’une taxe de 10 % a été ajoutée au tarif affiché sur Booking, ce qui nous a surpris car nous n’avions pas rencontré cette pratique dans les autres hébergements.

Charming hotel with a friendly staff, nice breakfast, and a beautiful courtyard.
10.0The room was clean and spacious—minimalist design and very aesthetic. Breakfast was yummy, and it was fun waking up to the alpaca in the courtyard!
