Excellent hotel, staff and location, bad breakfast.
7.0The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and always happy to help with anything I needed. The location is very good, you can get a tram into the city center or the south of Amsterdam into the Jordaan area very easily. And the scenery around the hotel is great.
− The breakfast offered is bad, there's a small array of foods available, and often the hot food is luke warm. Im my opinion its not worth the 22 euros its priced at.

On a dû écourter notre séjour, car l'hôtel est loin de correspondre aux photos sélectionnés sur le
3.0− Les équipements, la salle de bain avec des moisissures. Les peintures de la chambres a refaire, le chaufage d'appoint alors que la chambre était frigorifiée...Pas de feauteuil pour s'asseoir, pas de mini bar pour un 4*. Pas d'armoire de rangement. Et j'en passe... Le premier interlocuteur du service client de booking était olutot a l'écoute et désireux de nous aider , la seconde était un automate qui n'était ni aimable, ni bienveillante... Un expérience vraiment décevante et qui laisse un goût d'amertume eu egard au prix que nous avons dû dépenser.
