10.0The staff are friendly and attentive. I had a couple early morning excursions where i didn't have time for a full breakfast, but Cesar offered to bring me coffee and fruit despite the kitchen not yet being open. The location was convenient. The accommodations were comfortable. The AC worked great. Both water temperature and pressure in the pressure were satisfactory. I am also a huge fan of of the rooftop patio where i enjoyed breakfast and quiet time several evening during my stay. I've already extended my current stay by two nights and will absolutely consider staying at Comala when i return to Oaxaca in the future.
− My room was on the front side of the building facing the street (Pino Suarez), which can be a little noisy in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel and they do provide noise making machines in the room which helps mask the noise from outside.

7.0The staff were amazing, English speaking and very accommodating. Breakfast is brilliant, not rushed, fresh and they gave us an early morning coffee on our leaving morning. It's well laid out and safe. We spent a bit of time on the roof enjoying some cold beers!
− The only small tweak we would of appreciated was a larger top sheet.
