− Die bettwäsche riech alt nicht sauber
Hotel ok, Personal schulen.
7.0Wir waren 12 Pers. Beim einchecken und abends der Dame vom Nachtdienst sagten wir ,dass wir gemeinsam sitzend frühstücken möchten. Wurde nicht weitergegeben. Die nette Servicekraft hat sich dann alle Mühe gegeben die Situation noch in Ordnung zu bringen.
− Die pampige,lustlos,desinteressiert Nachtdienstmitarbeiterin, die sich mehr oder weniger von uns mit unserer Bitte gestört fühlte.Ihr sollte man eine Aufgabe geben,welche ihrer Qualität entspricht, auf keinen Fall mehr im Gästekontakt.
