− Las habitaciones no tenían calefacción y al ser zona de montaña hace fresquito, nos tuvieron que dejar más mantas. El desayuno es muy limitado, solo nos ofrecieron a elegir una cosa entre noodles, huevos o pancakes

− This is the worst hotel experience First of all, the room had no toilet paper and there were shoe prints on the toilet Dirts at the corner The worst thing was, I had a pair of running shoes at the balency of my room and was STOLEN, but the staffs did nothing to help The most ridiculous thing was that, the staff said maybe the dog dragged the shoes away OK, I AM NOT A FOUL
Bien placé au pied du Rinjani mais c'est tout. Piscine inutilisable, petit déjeuner médiocre etc.

2.0Hôtel qui prétend avoir une piscine extérieure ouverte à l'année. Elle était verte et non chauffée. Donc inutilisable. On nous a pas prévenu. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. On a eu froid avec l'humidité. Le porte savon cassé, on a dû en demander un neuf. Pas assez de papier WC, il a aussi fallu demander. Le sèche cheveux OFF. Très cher pour le rapport qualité-prix de Lombok. Pas de Grab ni de Gojek. Chauffeur privé deux fois plus cher qu'ailleurs. Ils ont bien compris qu'on est européens et qu'on est bloqué là pour l'ascension du Rinjani. Là encore, l'hôtel vous trouve un guide, qui vous fait payer 30% plus cher que les agences autour.
