8.0All perfect but room wasn’t clean enough I also informed in reception desk. Very dirty bathroom and toilet. Reception service so nice and professional. Great English language service. Very helpful staff in the hotel.

6.0The property was not well marked on google maps so it took us longer than it should have to find it. The staff seemed disorganised and when we asked them for anything they appeared happy to help but I watched them make a sarcastic or dismissive expression on two occasions. We asked in advance (the day before) for breakfast boxes to be ready for 6:30am the morning we were leaving - sadly this was not done and I had to wait 20 minutes on them, 5 minutes after our taxi arrived. The breakfast box itself was ‘continental’ so contained two pieces of fruit, a couple of parties and boiled eggs, not clear on how hard that would be to prepare. This was our honeymoon so very disappointing for that reason, but even more so considering the price of the stay and the price of food and drinks - would not recommend.

10.0Amazing view from room and balcony overlooking Kotor Bay. The breakfast was excellent however, the food was not very good at the hotel, room service nor at the Virtu restaurant on the beach. If I’m honest it was more than poor and very overpriced considering the quality is below par. I would rate food ( excluding breakfast) as 1 star ! Such a shame as everything else at the hotel is first rate .
