Unclear added fees to access fitness and pool

− We chose this hotel in particular for the swimming pool and the fitness room. Please note that there is a charge for access. This information was not obvious enough to us when booking. When we explained our disappointment at the front desk, no commercial gesture was offered and we were simply suggested to go to the public pool Plus no shampoo in the bathroom (for a 4 star hotel thats not ok)

− L'accessibilité en voiture est complexe lorsque on ne connaît pas! Le garage n'est que très peu ou pas indiqué Le réceptionniste n'a pas été capable de nous aider, et les indications de waze n'amène pas au parking du tout. Par ailleurs le lampadaire de ma chambre ( qui était débranché) ne fonctionnait pas même après l'avoir branché... je pense donc que ce n'est pas d'hier... mais celà crée une frustration. Il devrait être soit réparé, soit enlevé 😉

Hôtel et situation parfaits. A recommander.
10.0Chambre fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Insonorisation parfaite. Hôtel situé idéalement. Personnel agréable et efficace. Petit déjeuner parfait avec possibilité de s'organiser pour manger "diététiquement".
