They never find your booking and ask you to pay
2.0My worst experience with Hotels. com!!!!! After made the booking, i called them to confirm my booking. They said yeh, they find my booking for a suite and everything is fine and paid. Then, after 10 hours driving, arrivig at the hotel, they could not find my booking and they say, if i want a room , i must pay. And one room is left: a dorm with 5 beds in the basement. I needed to contact the hotels. com with roaming fees for 5 eur per minute. But, nothing was solved.
