2.0I was refused entry and not allowed to check in because they claimed they had not received payment. this has happened before and normal courteous customer focused approach would be to say please let us show you your room and we will sort out the payment later. their priority should have been my room, but NOOOOOOOO, their priority was their money.....

10.0This place was amazing!!! For under USD 100 a night, I was not expecting much as the average hotel cost between USD 300 to USD 700 a night in Luanda. The receptionist received me in fluent English, the rooms are clean, free wifi is available, free bottled water was provided, the aircon worked properly, breakfast was extremely satisfying. And the driver was ready on time to take me to the airport on my departure... all included in the price. I would definitely stay here again on short trips through Luanda!

8.0Hotel is actually located in a residential area near the airport. Hotel reception staff are friendly and willing to arrange for city tours by taxi. They are also able to arrange one of the hotel staff to bring you to a nearby supermarket to get your necessities.
