8.0Location wise, it is fantastic. It is in between Sannomiya and Motomachi station. it is all like 5-6 minutes walk. The hotel staffs were super friendly.

Pleasant enough. Staff were lovely, location was good.
6.0Location was great. Handy for trains. Walking distance to many things. Loads of shops, market streets, restaurants & bars nearby.
− Only two lifts, and mornings were a lesson in patience waiting to get out of the building along with everyone else. we waited 15 mins to get in a lift the first morning, made sure we were out well before the breakfast sittings or well after.
Great for solo travel. Would stay again!
9.0This hotel was close to everything I wanted to do and very easily accessible. My room was clean and I appreciate that the TV had the ability to stream different services as well as watch regular TV. The sky spa on the top floor was also pretty nice.
