Чудова локація для відпочинку і на відрядження!
10.0Чудова квартира, привітний власник, чисто і охайно, є все необхідне для відпочинку. Я з дітьми зупинялася на три тижні - за нашим проханням нам робили безкоштовно прибирання і міняли білизну. Розташування дуже зручне як для пляжу так і для піших прогулянок центром міста. 10 хв парк Шевченка. Власник помешкання нас забрав і відвіз на вокзал. Дякую!) Для безепеки іноді визодили в коридор - дім має дуже товсті стіни. Поруч із домом є сховище (ми не користувалися). Ще поруч два продуктові супермаркети. Дуже задоволені відпочинком! І щиро дякуємо Леоніду!

10.0Отличное местоположение, море и центр города в пешей доступности, очень приятный и отзывчивый Леонид, всегда на связи. Квартира просторная и чистая, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Будем рекомендовать обязательно. В следующий раз остановимся только в этом месте.

10.0Остались в полном восторге от проживания! Несмотря на поздний заезд (нас заселили в 11 вечера), хозяин Леонид встретил нас очень доброжелательно и всегда был на связи. Отдельное спасибо за то, что заранее предупреждал обо всех возможных отключениях света — это было очень важно и приятно. Квартира очень просторная, с высокими потолками, светлая и уютная. До моря совсем близко, расположение отличное. Для комфортного проживания есть абсолютно всё, даже гель для стирки, что встречается далеко не везде. Спасибо Леониду за гостеприимство и заботу о гостях! Обязательно вернёмся снова и с удовольствием рекомендуем эти апартаменты!

Если вы любитель туризма и у вас есть несколько дней в Одессе - вполне приемлемый вариант.
9.0Расположение отличное. Если вы приехали с целью туризма - то вы окажетесь в историческом центре, но немного в стороне от шума. Сами апартаменты просторные, с очень высокими потолками. Светло. Кухня имеет большой размер и имеет достаточное оснащение, чтобы приготовить несложный завтрак. Рядом растут деревья, которые дают уютную тень. В деревьях поют воробьи - это мёд для ушей. Кондиционер есть и работает. Работу интернета и телевизора не проверял, не было необходимости. Улица, на которой стоит дом, не имеет обильного трафика, поэтому постоянно по голове ездить не будут, но полной тишины точно не будет.
− Кровать.... Это печаль. Так плохо я не не спал в походе, на камнях, зимой.

10.0Апартаменти знаходяться поблизу центру, недалеко пляж, екскурсії по місту. Зручно що поруч магазин і нова пошта. Чудовий власник Леонід, який зустрів і все розповів. Сподобалося що високі стелі, достатньо місця, все акуратно і чисто. Планую ще повернутися сюди. Дякую за гостинність 👍🏻
