2.0Pathetic experience .. ac wasn't working... Reception check in was pathetic... Sitted at the reception for like 1½ hour .. everything wasn't appealing at all just the food was okay but nothing woow it was simple and just normal food and nothing exotic or worth it just eatable food

10.0Heerlijk rustig omgeving, schoon en veilig. Entertainment score 5...kan beter voor volwassen een beachbar met cocktails en mocktails Geen gymzaal was een grote gemis. Ontbijt tijden 0700-1100 zou handig zijn, tot 1000 was kort. Personeel waren erg vriendelijk louwrence, Winnie, Fatma , Emmanuel top medewerkers.

6.0The front desk staff was not properly trained to take care of customers. The staff gave us rooms on the 3rd floor with no elevator and we had seniors with us. They didn't even tell us what rooms we were going in. We got 6 rooms and felt like that they could have been more accommodating to our needs.
Had a great time
8.0Stayed for 6 nights with kids and was upgraded. The room was super clean, staff service was great. While the food was good options are limited. I didnt like the snack pool as it seems to require better care (was not clear/clean enough). But we really enjoyed our stay.
