7.0La ubicación es excelente. A pocos metros hay un mini mercado para hacer algunas compras básicas. Hay restaurantes cerca muy lindos.

− Sofá-cama el colchón se hunde, es incómodo para dormir. Aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido y está en la sala de estar, no permite enfriar el dormitorio.

8.0Numa onda tremenda de calor chegar ao apartamento era um sonho. Tal como na descrição e fotos tudo estava de acordo. Check in and out sem problemas.
− Embora não tenha sido possível deixar as malas antes da hora e depois da hora foi nos indicado o serviço onde isso seria possível. Duche uma logística incrível de tão pequeno. Falta de espelho, pois só podíamos contar com um de rosto no WC para 3 mulheres foi complicado.

Check-in starts at 3.00 pm and will be managed remotely by Venicevillas, which will provide all the information necessary to recover the keys. It is possible to enter independently at any time, with flexibility and without stress. Our assistance will be available until 10pm; thereafter, contact us only in cases of urgency.
No payment will be required upon arrival, however you will need to enter a credit or debit card in the online check-in form, preferably the same one used to pay for the booking. The sum of €100 will be pre-authorized for the security deposit. There will be no charge and the pre-authorization will be canceled 48 hours after departure, unless damage is detected. In this case, you will still be notified.
If you arrive after 10pm, we ask you to keep the noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors.
