A good place to recover from a hot day at Badminton.
8.0Very quiet at night, except a nice cooling fan. Window opened easily to let cool air in.

Very disappointing & stressful

− There was no wardrobe or drawers in bedroom, I don’t expect to pay all that money to be living out of a suitcase!! When we cut short our stay a member of staff agreed to refund us but then obviously the manager had other ideas. He then took the money back from our account before finding out if it had left so we then ended up paying twice. We had to keep contacting them & in the end our bank got involved & we were eventually refunded the over payment. Very stressful.
