− We had to pay an exorbitant rate for the room as we booked late & it was the Lymington seafood festival, our choice but too much of a premium in my view

10.0It's a lovely place, very clean, lovely room and staff all really friendly and helpful. It's in a good location, near the harbour and a pleasant 10 min walk into town. Breakfast was great. All the food we had there was really good and they have a lovely large garden with lots of seating areas, which we were lucky enough to make the most of sitting in the sun.
