Smelly and dirty
5.0Good location, close to the airport.
− The room was dirty... The carpet was discolored all over the place and the room itself had a weird smell... In the bath room there were someone's fake eye lashes just stuck to the table top.... This hotel is more expensive than Golden Tulip almost next door, but was much more dirty. Therefore, I wouldn't stay there again.... At least you can get a clean room in the Golden Tulip... Also as soon as you book, they send you a message saying that the pool is out of order since 2021...is this a joke??
Dated and Dirty
4.0Rooms are hot and stuffy with an aircon the is useless and noisy. The carpet is putrid, the desk was sticky. The bathroom shower had residual hair and mould around the sink. PowerPoint next to the bed and a tab point on the desk. I had booked two identical rooms at the same time with the same name and they couldn’t put us on the same floor. I don’t know why when the hotel had plenty of empty rooms. It’s rather frustrating. Located next to an Olive Young, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and the train station is directly across the road. I’d suggest completely gutting this place and redesign.
A perfect stay
10.0We were checked in promptly by incredibly helpful staff. I do not remember the name of the man who helped us check in, but when checking if we were aware we had two single beds in the bedroom we responded no he kindly upgraded our room (Which he did not have to do!) to a suite and the room was absolutely amazing. So large, very clean, bed was so comfortable. The location is brilliant we used the shuttle heading back to the hotel and it was easy and efficient. The area is perfect if you are staying near the hotel but want to experience some great fried chicken and shopping!

3.0− とにかく男性のフロントスタッフが意地悪 日本語の対応ができない。携帯で翻訳アプリを使用せず 「言葉が通じなくて嫌になる」みたいな事を言っていた全員がそうで無いにしろ一人の対応が悪いとそのホテルの印象が最悪評価になる 二度と泊まらない

9.0距离仁川机场很近，离T2只有地铁三站路，坐到云西站出来就是了，地理位置很方便！周边吃的也挺多，还有几家oliveyoung非常不错！

9.0− Rooms were too warm. AC didn’t work. A bit of mold on the ceiling in the shower.
