Great views and location spoilt by leaking roof when it rained.

− When it rained the roof leaked with water leaking through the ceiling onto bedside table making bed pillows, sheets, bedside table and carpet wet.

8.0Lively apartment with sea views in the hesrt of Balgowrie. Well appointed, comfortable and spacious.

Great location, gorgeous views and comfortable apartment.
9.0Perfect location with a great view. Everything we needed inside and good coffee was just a hop skip and jump away. A great little deck, comfortable bedding and bay views made this apartment just perfect for our anniversary celebration. Away from the hustle and bustle of nearby towns but close enough to pop into a fancy restaurant, do some shopping or explore both the ocean beaches and stunning bay. Blairgowrie has everything you need in walking distance and it was a delight to take a dip in the bay just across the road.
− No negatives worth noting…. They were all outweighed by the positives.
