Excelente lugar, centrico, bonito y comodo.
10.0la ubicación nos gusto mucho, pudimos estar hasta tarde en la ciudad y regresar sin problema y con seguridad al hotel, hay tiendas muy cerca, lugares para comer, bancos, lo bonito de la ciudad de Guanajuato a unos pasos. El señor de la recepción de en la mañana muy amable. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos ahí.
− si había mucho ruido del exterior ,pero se entiende por estar a pie de callejón, con el balcón con vista al mismo callejón, sobre todo de motos que estaban estacionadas afuera del balcón, el baño esta limpio pero si olía a la cañeria, se entiende por ser casas antiguas.

− No respetaron completamente mi reservacion, pedí 2 habitaciones y solo tenían 1 disponible Y al finalizar me cancelaron la que no me dieron pero me querían cobrar mas por la que si me entregaron
