快適に過ごすことができました。
8.0朝食が美味しかった。大浴場があったこと。お部屋の清潔さと、洗濯機や製氷器、飲み水やアイスの提供など、充実していたので、真夏の京都の滞在で、とても助かりました。
− チェックインの際に、客側が全て手続きをして、ホテルの人はそれを見てるだけだったので、何のために人がいるのだろうと、不思議に感じました。また、チェックインの際に、大浴場を利用するための暗証番号などの説明がなかったので、残念に思いました。 京都駅が想像以上に広かったので、「京都八条東口徒歩5分」＝新幹線改札から15分と、案外遠いなぁと感じました。
Nice place to stay but definitely need more dryers in the laundry area.
8.0Good location about 10 minutes walk to Kyoto station. Unlimited free popsicles. Water and ice stations were very useful for those hot summer days. Morning buffet was of great value. Did not get to use onsen but one was available but not tattoo friendly.
− The rooms could use more counter or storage space. You did not have a lot of room to put your clothes away. Limited hangers or drawers. You practically had to live out of your suitcase. Also for such a big facility, having only four washers and four dryers is a joke. They were always occupied. I had to bring my wet clothes to a nearby 24 hour laundry place to dry due to how busy it was.
