Little hidden jewel
10.0Beautiful little place hidden in a time street...I felt if I was back in the 18800’s.
Nice BUT
8.0The location was walking distance to everyplace on the island with easy connections to Downtown Syracuse BUT the hotel was difficult to find—down one alley and then an inner courtyard from that alley. The staff was friendly and helpful BUT they were not there all the time—when we arrived, we had to call and wait approximately 15 minutes for her to get there to let us in. The parking was free BUT the lot was about six blocks away. The room was newly renovated and clean. The bed was very comfortable BUT we were on the second floor—there was no elevator and the steps were narrow and circular. There were rooms on the first floor. The breakfast was fine BUT the room was extremely small and we had to sit downstairs—carrying our plates and glasses with us. And ODDLY the glass shower was IN the bedroom! We will look for a different hotel if we come back.

10.0AYOMI WAS WARM AND WELCOMING. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS CLIMBING THE SPIRAL STAIRS TO THE ROOM AND THE SMALL BREAKFAST AREA. OVERALL A PLEASANT STAY CENTRALLY LOCATED.
