You're in for the real deal!
9.0This is a real traditional, old, Japanese house. With only 2 rooms, rice paper walls, sliding doors and a small garden, this is the real deal. Now, be aware that do to the construction of such a house, you may hear the people in the room next door and their light will create a glow in your room, but that is exactly what an old traditional Japanese is. I loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience. The host, who doesn't stay on the premises overnight, made a huge effort to explain everything to me with the little of English she knows. As the place is a cafe during the day, she baked the cakes in the evening and the house smell so good when I came back after dinner. The bathroom and anemities are not fancy because they are traditional/authentic. If you are looking for a flashy or luxurious ryokan, this isn't the right place, but if you are looking for the real deal, this is the right place!

7.0Entre la gare et la plage, pas loin du mémorial dédié au fondateur de l'aïkido. Personnes accueillantes qui font tout pour vous aider. Maison traditionnelle, chambre grande et confortable avec son futon.
− Il fait très chaud en juillet. La salle de bains mérite une rénovation. Il faut être patient avec ses jeunes voisins de chambre qui parlent parfois trop fort, heureusement ils se sont arrêtés quand je leur ai demandé.
Fijn verblijf als startpunt voor de pelgrimstocht
7.0Het verblijf ligt dichtbij het station, ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Perfect als beginpunt voor de pelgrimstocht. Daarnaast dichtbij een supermarkt die 24 uur open is. Het is een traditioneel Japans huis, met prachtige houten schuifdeuren. Ondanks dat het pand erg oud is heeft het een fijne sfeer. Als ontbijt kregen wij heerlijke Japanse chiffon cake mee.
− De kamers zijn gehorig. Het zijn twee kamers met daar tussen traditionele Japanse schuifdeuren. Die wel veel geluid doorlaten. Wij hadden de pech dat de persoon naast ons snurkten.
