− So much that is wrong with this hotel... The main aggravating thing is that they advertise and offer airport shuttle service.. THIS IS A LIE. after an initial offer from them to arrange airport shuttle, they subsequently ignored all of my further efforts to contact them about this, I had to arrange my own transport to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel and raised this issue with them, I was told that management is on holiday. Not good enough. Initially given a room with no window, despite the pictures showing light pouring in through a big window. The bed was woeful. The whole mattress was worn out and all I could feel was metal and springs through the mattress. Terrible. TV did not work properly several times. I reiterate, for all my messages to be ignored is simply unacceptable.

Perfect place to stay for short periods
9.0The staff was very nice. The room and the washroom was big. The location was perfect to catch all the attractions.
