8.0Good room. Hot water functioned well. Wi-fi didn't - this may immediately have been beyond the hotel's control but in a property of this size and star-rating they should take steps to ensure a less disrupted service. Staff could have been more flexible in accommodating guests' needs
Rough around the edges
6.0Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff was very helpful. Poor WiFi, uncomfortable beds, very little hot water, the room smelled (especially white the AC was on) and was in poor condition, very loud street noise, and the curtains were not sufficient to cover the windows.
