10.0Amazing little B&B. Super modern and clean with all the amenities you can think of and more. We had room 4 with the jacuzzi for 6 nights. The bed was comfortable. There were charging cables on night tables so we really didn’t need to use ours. The private bathroom had extras like makeup remover sponges and shaving razors and of course a hair dryer and even a flat iron for my curly hair! The closet in the bedroom had a small safe. The jacuzzi in the room was a lot of fun and a nice break after a long day of walking and exploring. And the kitchen was awesome too. It was open 24/7 so we had access to fresh water (still or sparkling) all day, as well as coffee and snacks like croissants, yogurts and other pastries. They even had a gluten free section for me which was awesome! Maurizio was great and very communicative and answered my question quickly via WhatsApp. His staff that we saw daily were wonderful too. It was easy to communicate with them via Google Translate app. All in all an excellent find in Rome, very close to metro station Piramide and train station Roma Ostiense with a direct train connection on regional FL1 line to the Fiumicino airport.

Perfektné ubytovanie v centre Ríma
10.0Pobyt sme si nesmierne užili. Ubytovanie má skvelú polohu, dostanete sa odtiaľ priamym spojom vlakom na letisko Fiumicino, metrom na hlavnú stanicu a dokonca aj menšou železnicou k moru do Lido di Ostia. Autobusy rovno pod domom. Pešo je to kúsok na Rímske Fórum a Koloseum, kúsok od domu je aj sv. Pavol za hradbami. Rovno pod domom je super grécka a japonská reštaurácia, oproti pizza, Burger King... Maurizio bol cez správy úžasný, dal nám tipy kde sa pozrieť a najesť, odpisoval rýchlo, aj jeho personál je dobré vyškolený a profesionálny. Všetko podrobne vysvetlili, mali sme prehliadku celého ubytovania. Kávovar, automat na perlivú filtrovanú vodu a raňajky máte k dispozícii počas dňa, takže sa môžete najesť kedy chcete, prípadne si niečo odložiť aj na večer. Taliani raňajkujú na sladko, takže žiadne šunky, párky, vajcia, ale to sa dá čakať. Inak je tam fakt všetko čo potrebujete k životu, práčka, umývačka riadu, na izbe sušiak, fén na vlasy, žehlička na vlasy, nabíjačky na mobil... Všetko je presne ako na fotkách. V telke môžete pozerať Netflix po česky. Sú to vlastne 4 apartmány so spoločnou kuchyňou na štýl bed&breakfast, takže je tam aj velké súkromie. Myslím si, že sa jedná o taký "passion project" majiteľa, ktorý si to ubytovanie naozaj vyšperkoval a udržuje to :) No za tú cenu sme boli naozaj unesení, do Ríma by som šiel naozaj iba sem.

10.0Very clean, nice room, safe and secure.. breakfast in kitchen was well laid out and good selection and homemade cakes.. Concetta and Maurizio were extremely helpful and kind and went above and beyond.. great location as well near some super restaurants and trattorias

10.0Świetny właściciel, który pomoże, doradzi oraz wytłumaczy wiele rzeczy. Super śniadania. Bardzo czysto, pokoje wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Najlepszy nocleg na jaki trafiliśmy w Rzymie!
