9.0Great location and privacy in front of the beach. Excellent helpful staff doing everything to satisfy the visitors. A nearby supermarket. Good for families searching for relaxation and privacy in a public island.

9.0Апартаменты соответствовали фото/ описанию. В номере было чисто. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда отзывался наши запросы ( отвезти на пляж, доставить supboards куда попросим, экскурсии)
− Вход в море из виллы часто был в водорослях, хотя персонал старался и убирал их.
Servizio scarso, attenti ai costi!
3.0Posizione proprio sulla piccola spiaggia (quasi completamente erosa dal mare, infatti di fronte a tutte le strutture di Dhiffushi hanno gettato sacchi per evitarne l’ulteriore assottigliamento).
− La camera ci è stata pulita solo una volta in 4 giorni (chiaramente l’ho fatto presente, ma niente); al mattino servono la colazione sulla spiaggia ma è pieno di zanzare e mosche; ho chiesto a proposito un anti zanzare per la stanza, mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto ma non l’hanno mai portato; colazione scarsa da concordare la sera precedente (orario compreso, rispettato solo una volta); in ultimo, ma sicuramente la cosa più grave, ci sono stati addebitati 70 dollari in più sulle due escursioni che abbiamo prenotato tramite la struttura. Per fortuna il diving center a cui si appoggia Veli Vilaa dista pochissimo e ci siamo informati direttamente chiedendo il reale costo delle escursioni. Il proprietario quando gli abbiamo contestato il conto lo ha rifatto senza dire una parola.

10.0The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The rooms were clean and the breakfast in bed was the cherry on the top. The location is also at the centre of the island so its walkable.
