Horrible experience, because of your site.
2.0I was never able to stay there. I booked a room through your site but when I got there they had no reservation for me, and so I had to find another hotel. I complained about this through Trip Advisor but got nowhere. Someone told me they called the hotel (at around 11:00 PM) and they were told I looked at a room and didn’t like it and chose another total. All a total lie. I never even saw a room because they were full, and I greatly doubt anyone called the hotel at all, because when I was there the owner/manager spoke almost no English, so I can’t imagine someone English-speaking would have been on hand at that hour of the night to create such a lie. I don’t expect any reply from you, because I expect you’ll simply dismiss all this and move on to another customer, but honestly, I’ll never use you again, not just because of the reservation screw-up, but the stupid lie that was created to cover it up.
