9.0La ubicacion perfecta para las necesidades que teniamos. Buena distribucion del apartamento, dotacion correcta de medios y limpieza correcta. Zona tranquila y comoda. las comunicaciones con la propiedad han sido a traves de WhatsApp pero han sido correctas, completas y eficaces.
− Creo que el precio es alto en comparacion con la contraprestacion que ofrece el apartamento. Una de las camas (la de la habitacion principal con baño), tiene el colchon bastante deteriorado y gastado, por lo que no es comodo. Pero principalmente, como digo, creo que el precio es muy alto.
