4.0This property would have been just fine. The breakfast was good, the receptionist and staff were very nice, and the location was great. But two issues occurred which lead me to the negative rating. 1) During the night of my stay, a belligerent guest had a prostitute over. They spent at least an hour in the middle of the night fighting over the payment (just in front of my room). It was frightening, and I had hoped the hotel would call security. They did not. I understand that these issues with prostitutes also happen at luxury hotels, etc, but it is really important to protect the other guests from lying awake listening to a violent brawl and shouting match in the middle of the night. 2) there is a complimentary airport shuttle service, but the driver who took me to the airport had clearly been drinking. This is another safety issue. You could easily stay here and enjoy the place if you don’t run into these two issues, but my experience was not so positive given what happened.

8.0Staff was nice, location was good and room was clean. However, the WiFi did not work in the rooms and they could not get coffee organized before 7:30am. Tip to manager, if you can't get your cook in early, have a hot pot in the room for early risers.
