10.0Had a great stay. Our room gave onto a sidestreet, and being up one storey we were looking out into fall colours. Quiet overnight. Lovely stylish room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in/check-out process. Great dining and brunch options nearby (the beet and goat cheese salad at the adjoining British pub was wonderful); highly recommend the Mulligan café up the street also for vegan and gluten free options and lovely ambience.

2.0Did not like that we couldn't talk to an actual front desk person, got lost in the basement tryi g to get to our car, got locked out of everydoor upstairs, again no one to call or to help us.

8.0We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance or good food found in the pub on the main floor. Next time we would request q room that is nit directly above pub and private event room. It was definitely noisy one night. Great many were having fun but a little loud in our room. The earplugs provided were not much help, but appreciated the effort.
