10.0Maria de Soledad gave excellent service - she anticipated every need and worked very hard. I had a good massage by Paolo. Wonderfully evocative decor. We were not in the room with the best light and there were no surface areas to place anything. I wish we had had more time for the beautiful library with all the enticing books to read. Good restaurants very close and Valladolid is charming. This location is out of the fray of those coming in by bus from Cancun who seem to converge around the main square.

8.0A unique converted mansion. Gracious host whose English was as bad as my Spanish but we managed. Night staff was fluent so there were no problems. Valladolid is a hidden gem and Coqui Coqui was memorable

10.0Amazing stay. This boutique hotel is quite unique. Only 3 rooms a great exclusivity feeling plus the fact that the decoration was just amazing. If you are a fan of non modern and stylish decoration it is an hotel just for you!

10.0Service is impeccable, rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. A stunning experience. Do NOT miss the opportunity to get a massage. The venue is a dream and the massage is very high level.
