10.0Aussergewöhnlich war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des stets gut gelaunten Personals. Das Hotel macht einen familiären und persönlichen Eindruck. Die Frühstücke bieten ein vielseitiges Angebot. Neben Brötchen und Brot fehlen weder Aufschnitt, Käsesorten, Quarkspeisen noch Obst. Wer Lust auf Süßes hat kenn sich aus vorgefertigtem Teig Waffeln backen. Auf Wunsch werden gekochtes Ei oder Rührei frisch hergerichtet. Das Hotel bietet neben einem großzügigen Frühstücksraum einen Gemeinschaftsraum und Terrassen, auf denen sich herrlich plaudern und frühstücken lässt. Die Umgebung von Mettlach bietet interessante kulturelle und historische Sehenswürdigkeiten. Naturliebhaber finden neben der Flusslandschaft der Saar schöne Wanderwege durch Mischwälder mit altem Baumbestand und herrlichen Ausblicken. Zu erwähnen ist, dass sich im Haus ein chinesisches Restaurant befindet, dass sehr schmackhafte Gerichte anbietet.
