− La atención de recepción, la forma de contestar el curro de inundo el último día y avisamos para he fueran ayudarnos y no lo hicieron nunca nos ayudaron yo tuve que limpiarlo y sacar un poco el agua para poder sacar mis cosas

− entregaron las habitaciones 4 de latarde no habia tuallas ni nada de aseo personal... sereno y se metio el agua ala habitacion por la entrada y en horas de la noche llovio y salio agua por la regilla de baño y inundo el habitacion se reporto el daño ala 7 de la mañana y era las 10 de la mañana no soliconaron nada no habia personal suficiente. me toco sacar el agua de la haboitacion yo cmo usuario para poder usar la habitacion se mojo toda la ropa ... un desastre total

− No hay cobertura wifi en todo el hotel. Al baño de la habitacion no le hicieron buen aseo al entregarnolos con los vidrios sucios y el inodoro tambien, y aparte tuvimos una pareja de vecinos que llegaron borrachos en plena madrugada y empezaron hacer escandalo, tiraban la puerta y nadie del personal del hotel hizo nada. Fue incomodo y empezaban a insultarse. No hay camaras de seguridad en los pasillos de la zona de habitaciones donde estabamos.
