7.0La camera ampia, spaziosa, comoda con frigo, un'acqua di benvenuto ciascuno, bollitore e tutto ciò di cui si necessita. Spazi comuni molto belli architettonicamente. Colazione molto buona, sia per la sala che per l offerta varia, vista sulle 99 cannelle.. Reception professionale e cortese
− Purtroppo al momento l hotel è immerso in un cantiere, quindi si hanno problemi alla logistica e rumori ( potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo...) Tuttavia l organizzazione ha cercato di sopperire alla meglio per quanto possibile. A breve, appena concluso il cantiere l hotel sarà ottimo!
Toccata e fuga all’Aquila
9.0Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia, posizione molto vicina alla stazione, gentile lo staff ad inviare un video per raggiungere la struttura dato che il navigatore consiglia un altra strada, il centro non è raggiungibile a piedi in quanto bisognerebbe fare una bella salita a piedi. Struttura pulita, personale gentile, buona la colazione, buona la pulizia delle camere. Ottima la vicinanza ad un punto turistico della città.
− Condizionatore della camera che punta direttamente sul letto praticamente difficile da tenere acceso anche la notte.
Cumbersome check in
5.0The location was convenient to the museum's, but was inconvenient for driving there
− The check in process was the most cumbersome I have ever experienced. We had a flood of emails which I stopped looking at ( we are on a motorbike and how do I keep looking all day) but apparently they needed to know our arrival time. Why not just give us the key code and be done with it!

− Il centro è lontano. Scarpinata a piedi con una salita impegnativa o muovere l’auto le soluzioni Pochi parcheggi in loco (ci sono dei lavori attualmente)
