Exceptional service...beyond expectations
8.0Good value and well equipped room close to the beach. Easy check-in and helpful staff. Hotel was clean with good bathroom. I had a problem making an online booking for return bus to Bangkok Airport. The manager did the booking for me and also drove me to the bus station on the main road of Cha Am to meet the bus. Altogether exceptional service from good, friendly people. Many thanks.

9.0The location was great. Just a few meters from the beach. The receptionist were very kind. They did not charge me for an early check in. It was great value for the money.
