Toll, erholsam, viel gesehen, auch mit Rollator alles gut zu erreichen.
10.0Die Lage ist hervorragen direkte Sicht auf den Rhein. Zimmer sind schallisoliert, super ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet war gut, man hatte genug Auswahl und konnte auf Wunsch auch Spiegelei, Rührei, Speck machen lassen. Wenn man wünsche zum Zimmer hatte wurde das schnell umgesetzt, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

10.0Sehr sehr nettes, freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und finden für Anfragen immer eine Lösung ebenfalls Frau Letschert. Sie ist auch immer erreichbar. Frau Letschert hat eine Wohlfühloase geschaffen. Die Lage und das Apartment mit Blick auf den Rhein übertrifft alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles frisch zubereitet. Wir können einen Aufenthalt im Hotel Rhein-Residenz nur empfehlen.

If you are using a satellite navigation system, please enter Biergasse 28 as your destination. There is a sign saying no access, but you are able to access the property from here.
Guests expecting to arrive after 18:00 are kindly asked to contact the property in advance. Late check-in is only possible until 19:00.
