8.0Manager and staff were kind and considerate with our requests. Water heater was working. It would have been lovely if they had coffee or tea for guests in their pantry. The window curtains are a bit sheer I would suggest a thicker material for privacy. Otherwise the place is homey and definitely like a guest house great for families.

10.0It was great overall. The place is nice. The caretaker is kind and very approachable. But when we got in, there is an old used jogging pants inside the cabinet.
