8.0great location and with own parking space we loved the balcony with views over South London owners were very friendly and helpful generous supply for continental breakfast good quality bedding and very comfortable bed we loved the fan as the weather was very warm

10.0Alan was very kind and helpful. The fridge was full of food and drinks for us and the room included a coffee machine and kettle. There was a range of hot drinks. The balcony was very nice and it was in a nice clean area of London. Alan gave us great directions and offered us extra food in morning if we needed. Was 10/10 stay

Lovely top floor of a beautiful house, great location, friendly hosts.
10.0I booked this place to stay with my mum for her first trip to London. The location is gorgeous and you really get the best of both worlds - it is well connected to central London, close to the Crystal Palace train station, but also out of the central London noise. We walked home at night at it felt safe even then. It's on top of a hill, so the views from the balcony are amazing as well. Our hosts were friendly, helpful, and explained the surroundings and where we could get everything we needed most attentively. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the place was spotless, and we both enjoyed our stay very much. My mum even said she'd love to have a house like this one!
