− Host dismissive and rude - dirty and broken amenities despite giving £50 deposit and ID First appearances were not good, dirty entrance and communal area- I had chosen this apt specifically for self catering facilities but on arrival freezer was fully iced over and door not closing making fridge unusable and food bought for the week wasted - dirty kitchen floor- broken shower door and bathroom door handle- decrepit mattress so we rolled together and could feel base of bed on back- cheap poor quality towels & bed linen, host passing the buck and and putting fault on me for late checking which was pre agreed and his lack of responses to messages and calls and voicemails. Had to leave next morning and check out and find elsewhere and cancel rest of week booking incurring more costs but both host & booking.com refusing to refund the future booking- in face should be asking for initial night and wasted food money back! Poor hygiene only the most basic of prep for our arrival could have been done for these issues to have not been noticed.

2.0Great location, easy to access, nobody bothering you
− I was in an apartment at the ground level, there was not a lot of light, the windows were on the streets and didn't shut the light and the view from the street completely. The apartment was dusty and not particularly clean overall, I am allergic to dust so I had to buy some sheets so as not to get a reaction. Sheets are old and polyester.
