Not worth the money I paid
4.0− Room size is very small …. Room given to us was not clean.only one towel was placed …. Toilet was not clean
Watch out for the neame and address and ensure you book and go to the right Hotel Palacio.
5.0The restaurant was good and the food was fine.
− There are two properties with the same name about 5 kms apart. This created confi=usion and we went tot he wrong property. we had to come all the way back t this hotel, had issues witht eh extra bed costing, the room was fine, but the hotel is not good enough for a good rest as it also incldues a club which menas non-stop noise all night long. we were lucky to get a chaneg to our room which was relatively quieter but still the noise was there all night.

− Rooms were very dated, one room had smoke smell Even though they had a non smoking sign in the room.

− The stuff did not check before assigning me a room and when I enter the room, it was occupied, which was embarrassing for both me and the the existing Guest. This could be a much worser situation.

− Luggage had to be carried by ourselves to the reception which is on the 1st Floor. The Hotel has a Night Club. The noise and vibrations carry on till 4am. One has to be aware of that..
