9.0Petit déjeuner top. La chambre de 14 n'est pas un problème car les lits sont bien espacés. Personnel très agréable, et l'emplacement est idéal.

10.0Tive uma experiência simplesmente perfeita no The House of Sandeman. Fiquei num quarto superior com vista para o Rio Douro e, sem dúvida, foi uma das melhores experiências que já vivi no Porto, uma cidade pela qual sou apaixonada. A vista do quarto é magnífica e torna a estadia ainda mais especial, principalmente para uma viagem romântica a dois. A arquitetura, a decoração e toda a estrutura do hotel são impecáveis, cheias de personalidade e muito bem cuidadas. A simpatia e a cordialidade de toda a equipe fizeram toda a diferença, e o café da manhã foi simplesmente perfeito. Embora eu tenha investido um valor um pouco acima do que normalmente gasto em hospedagem, cada euro valeu a pena pela experiência proporcionada. Faço ainda um agradecimento especial ao Antônio, que foi excepcionalmente atencioso, eficiente e muito cordial durante toda a estadia. O atendimento dele merece reconhecimento. Recomendo sem hesitar!

− Na chegada para entrar tem dois lances de escada e tive que carregar as malas , apenas avisando pois pode ser difícil para quem tenha alguma limitação.
