10.0接待工作人员特别认真负责。我们四位老人家既不懂日语也不懂英文，咨询的问题多、需要协助的地方也特别多。从还没入住到正式入住全程，工作人员都耐心又细致，热心帮我们联系车辆、预约门票等，全程贴心帮忙安排，真的特别暖心感动。因时间关系，我们没看到桃花也没看到银河，但我们看到了日本人的善意和修养。 酒店餐食品质很好，尤其是晚餐菜品十分丰盛，就餐环境雅致舒适，用餐很有仪式感，整体体验特别好！

− Our package included breakfast and dinner. It's pretty standard Japanese breakfast and dinner so if you'd expect more than standard, you'd probably need to look for different options.
