8.0Room was lovely, and very clean. Breakfast was exceptional! The shared lounge and kitchen area was a bonus.
− There was nothing not to like, the only thing to note if you are staying across the road from the main b&b is the stairs up to the lounge/door area and further stairs up to the room, just incase of any mobility issues. Otherwise it was great, would recommend.
This is an excellent place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

10.0The breakfast was amazing. The shower has really good water pressure and hot water, the room was very clean (even with carpet), the room was very sweet and comfy(loved the harris tweed them), and the staff were kind. The location is AMAZING. Right by the bus station (like a 2 minute walk, I think you could probably see it from the bnb). Right near some nice shops(including charity shops!), cafes, restaurants, community center, and art.
− There was no lift which was no problem for me as there wasn't many stairs but something to think about if you have mobility issues.

10.0Nice rooms, all necesites available, check-in smooth, very good breakfast, location very good -walking distance everywhere. Parking on the street but available.
Please note that when booking the super-king zip and link bedrooms, guests should advise on configuration, either twin (default setup) or super-king, at least 24 hrs prior to arrival.
