9.0The cottage was cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. Also right in the middle of town, so we could walk almost everywhere.

6.0Location is good as centrally located on the main road. Air-conditioning worked well and bed comfortable. Wifi is good.
− Bathroom on advert forgets to mention that the bath isn't in the bathroom but rather in the bedroom with a small screen around and that the shower mentioned is actually outside the cottage so in winter you're venturing outside to shower..Also the Air-conditioning is creating condensation that leaks out from the roof and can land anywhere in the room from central area to even on your bed as a consistent dripping. TV channels are very limited and the whole unit is not well maintained with cracks in the plaster and moisture ingress everywhere.
Always great to have a place exceed ones expectations!

− We did not prepare for the cold. More heaters in rooms would have been nice.
Prince Albert is a gem to visit and 85 on Church is in the heart of it.
9.0The room was great, everything was great.
− It was difficult to contact the owner, which is living in Belgium, to find out if I could cancel or change my reservation as the area was hit by severe floods and the main route through Meiringspoort was closed since I booked, which made it a massive detour to reach Prince Albert.
