We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, and from the very moment we arrived, we received exceptional, above-and-beyond service from the entire staff. Throughout our stay, every question or request was met with an immediate and helpful response. Whether it was small requests, adding an extra room, providing local recommendations, or even helping us coordinate with a medical clinic in Thailand—they handled everything seamlessly. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and the spa, were also of a very high standard. The staff constantly showed a genuine interest in our daily activities and truly cared that we were happy and comfortable. A special thank you goes to Lily, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond by staying in touch with us even outside her working hours to take care of us and the kids throughout our stay. An exceptional hotel with outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect. Amenities are great. Reception by the staff on arrival was very welcoming. The staff are incredible here. Really accommodating and made sure that our stay was comfortable.

My husband and I had an amazing time at JM Marvel not only because of its strategic location which is very near to cafe, restos and Hanoi’s attractions but mainly to its great customer service , the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. 5 👍👍👍 up to Ms. Lyly of Front Desk! The rooms are uniquely design. Clean and very spacious. The food is good but to improve more, I would suggest for more variations. Over all, its a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We had a fantastic stay and can't wait to return. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and our room was always spotless. Every member of the reception staff was warm, friendly, and professional. They were incredibly helpful with restaurant bookings and even took the time to help us with directions and local maps, which made exploring the area so much easier. We headed off on an overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay, and the hotel kindly stored our luggage. When we returned for a few more nights, it genuinely felt like coming home. The staff are truly the jewels in this hotel's crown. On our first night, we thought our son had lost his wallet. It turned out he had accidentally left it in the car that picked us up from the airport, and it was promptly returned to us the very next day. We were so grateful for the honesty and care shown. Our room was gorgeous, and the rooftop bar was a real highlight—a lovely place to relax, enjoy the views, and have a drink or two. Breakfast was good. While the selection wasn't extensive, there was enough variety to enjoy a satisfying start to the day. Overall, the outstanding service, beautiful rooms, excellent location and genuine hospitality made this a memorable stay. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we look forward to staying here again.
