− Cheiro nas toalhas, pouca informação, horário de check-in e check-out, pagamos o almoço mas só poderia utilizar na saída, chagamos cedo, usamos o Park, mas tivemos que pagar o almoço e tive que sair no outro dia mais cedo e não almoçamos, já é sabido e lei que uma diária são 24h completas

8.0O hotel possui uma excelente localização, com fácil acesso ao Parque Hot Beach. O café da manhã é muito bom, assim como o jantar. Apenas no primeiro dia a refeição não estava tão saborosa quanto nos demais. A equipe do hotel foi sempre muito prestativa, atendendo prontamente às nossas solicitações e contribuindo para uma ótima experiência durante a estadia.
− Como ponto de melhoria, no andar em que ficamos os shafts hidráulicos permaneceram abertos, o que representa um risco, principalmente para crianças. Além disso, os doces servidos aparentavam utilizar chantili industrializado, o que comprometeu um pouco a qualidade das sobremesas. Outro aspecto que causa uma impressão negativa é a cobrança pelo estacionamento, pois transmite a sensação de que diversos serviços são cobrados à parte, dando a impressão de que tudo é voltado exclusivamente ao lucro.
