Great experience in Folegandros
8.0Everything was great with the room and the serviced provided (excluding breakfast). The lady (wife of Yannis) who was looking after us, was exceptionaly pleasant and friendly. She was always greeding us with a big smile, a true hostess! Only problem we had was with the breakfast. Apparently, there is no option for breakfast, if you book a non-refundable rate, which is not right compared to what the normal is. We raised this with Yannis, the co-owner and he is going to speak to Expedia to sort this out for future clients. We ended up paying for a portion of the breakfast (20%-40% it varied by the day) as a compromise, to offset for the fact that there was no breakfast on the room we paid for. Also the owner was flexible with us, to allow us pick whatever we wanted to choose from the breakfast menu, as long as we pay for the difference, as there was no breakfast buffet available, and the standard breakfast that was on offer was limited in quantity.
