8.0This is my second visit to this property. The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean, the linen and towels were neat. The owner and his wife are friendly. The location is also great it's near to the beach just 10 mins walk Overall a very good homestay.

10.0From the time of my booking, I was contacted by Jimi to see if they could do anything for us - including arranging a transfer from the airport. We were also able to check anything that we needed to take prior to our departure. The transfer was arranged, and confirmed in good time prior to departure. At the airport the taxi driver was there to meet us - excellent. Our arrival was during the night / early morning, and we were met by Heidi and one of the boys at our apartment. The little things are always nice - a fresh vase of flowers and a present on Christmas day - - Thank you! Note to other travellers - the family room is for 3 people, and the fourth bed is a mattress - with ample bedding supplied - but our daughter chose to sleep in between us on the 2 massive single beds, more than comfortably. Jimi and Heidi were really helpful. They were available to assist and to advise. We even spent some time with them having a welcome drink. The property is in an excellent location - far enough away from the Baga beach area, so you are not disturbed - but close enough if you want to be. Thank you Jimi, Heidi and the boys for making our holiday (and Christmas) a truly memorable one Cheers and Happy New Year Paul, Cheryl, Harley & Mick xxx

10.0This lovely hotel is located perfectly in the heart of goa and the owners are amazing at making sure your stay with them is more than comfortable. The rooms will be kept clean and the customer service is of high quality. This is an amazing little hotel perfect for all ages.
