− Hay que subir 3 pisos. No hay ascensor pero es asi en casi todas las casas de Venecia. Y la cama de la habitación de arriba no es muy grande

Waren sehr schöne Tage, trotz der genannten möglichen Einschränkungen.
8.0Die sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung im 4. Stock ist hell mit guter Aussicht, dank schöner Dachterrasse. Während der Anreise via Flugzeug und Wassertaxi standen wir in sehr gutem Kontakt mit VeNICe Cera San Marco Terrace und wurden an der Anlegestelle abgeholt und zur Wohnung begleitet. Die Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen war in der unteren sehr gut klimatisiert, die obere Ebene durch die sommerliche Hitze zu warm.
− Das zweite Schlafzimmer auf der oberen Ebene ist sehr klein, zwar klimatisiert, aber der Treppenaufgang ist komplett überglast. Nett anzuschauen und hell, aber bei diesen ungewöhnlich heissen Tagen mit über 30 Grad wurde es oben viel zu warm. Unmittelbar neben der Wohnung liegt die Osteria San Marco (sehr empfehlenswert) mit dem Nachteil, dass sich der Abzugskamin der Küche nur wenige Meter auf derselben Höhe der Dachterrasse befindet - nicht ideal!

10.0Location was amazing. Staff was attentive. Some small issues with the apartment as I have listed below.
− One of the plugs did not work in the bedroom to charge the phone (in fact it was entirely missing with a hole in the wall). Also the hot water heater switch is in a tricky place - when you plug the kettle it turns off and hence no hot water… in any case, something we learned quickly and managed. The upstairs room we did not use at all but ended up using the foldout couch in the main room.
Best stay of my trip. I was ready to give up on booking.com

− 5th floor and skinny stairs but it was all good.
