2.0We made a reservation 6 months ago through Bookings.com, now just days before our arrival they have decided they don't have a room for us. All of our touring plans were based around a stop here. It has cost a lot of time and money finding an alternative that looks good but not where we wanted to be. I have emailed in both Spanish and English for a reason but been totally ignored. Dreadful attitude and service, not the way to run a business?

8.0Hotel muy bien situado para excursiones en La Cerdanya. Sencillo, pero muy agradable y en un buen entorno, con buenas vistas desde las habitaciones. Estuvimos en verano, no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones pero no nos hizo falta. Es agradable poder darse un baño en la piscina al volver de las excursiones. Tiene restaurante con menu casero por lo que no hay que desplazarse a otro lugar cuando llegas cansado. Volveremos
